		<description>What they forgetting is the dignity of the employee.   Most Walmart employees are barely making ends meet.   Walmart is exploiting them by because they do not get to see the fruits of their labor.  Okay, if they issue you a cash card that money is still sitting in their bank until you use the card so they are collecting interest off of your money.  Then if you use an ATM that bank is going to charge you a fee, again you lose.  If I plant a vegetable garden, it is because I expect to eat the fruits of my labor and not get plastic ones to look at.   I think there could be some legal issues because when you sign or fill out that application there is nothing that says that they are going to pay in a cash card.  go back to hard cold cash.</description>
