Kevin,

I got this response from our product manager. I hope this helps.

"They can ask their support to help them to enable the "earnings" section on the standard timesheet. This is a lightweight tool which will allow them to enter simple expense items."

Is there a way in iEmployee to track vehicle mileage, or is anything like this in the works? We currently use separate spreadsheets for this now and it's getting to be a pain. If there was some way to integrate it into iEmployee that would be cool.

We couldn’t agree with you more, ensuring that a software is readily usable with little to no training can be a real winner. Simplicity is what sells. We are using a business planning software that incorporates features that are specific to HR, so all employee information can be noted down, including other legally required records but this tool can also give HR access to named individuals so your sensitive information is data-protected & compliant.

In fact, 2011 is just around the corner - in less than 3 months, so if you hold your breath you're going to miss those payroll changes.

The cross platform on the Mac OS, Safari and Firefox doesn't actually work. A manager cannot approve an employees time off with either browser.

I have tested this and contacted support and requested a fix.

Elisabeth, This is from our product manager:

"With iEmployee, there is simply a single version of the application available at any given time, as it is a SaaS solution, which all customers utilize. We are always looking for feedback as to how we can improve the customer experience. Would you please let us know what browsers the employees are having trouble with, and what areas of the application they see the issues?"

We went on to iEmployee in early 2010 and still experience problems when users access iEmployee with browsers other than IE. How can I tell what version of iEmployee we are using?
